The Legian Bali’s Four Hands Dinner with Philip Johnson and Luke MacLeod
Well known for their signature 'Four Hands' dinner, The Legian Bali will once again play host to some of the world’s most revered chefs. This 3rd March, the revered Philip Johnson will join The Legian Bali’s Executive Chef Luke MacLeod. Known as the father of Melbourne’s molecular gastronomy scene, Chef Johnson known for his cooking classes, demonstrations, guest chef appearances, recipe contributions in a myriad of books, and a featured columnist in some of Brisbane’s most well-known publications, Philip has also written and published six cookbooks throughout his years as an internationally known chef.
