<h6>Hatha yoga</h6><p>The word hatha means wilful or forceful, and refers to a series of challenging yoga poses that are designed to align the entire body. The poses combine to open up channels within the body, allowing energy to flow more freely.</p><p><br></p><h6>Vinyasa yoga</h6><p>Vinyasa means flow, movement or position, a dynamic and enjoyable practice that has become hugely popular. Vinyasa strengthens the body and increases flexibility, while improving muscle tone, confidence and boosting self-image.</p><p><br></p><h6>Spinning class</h6><p>Indoor cycling, known more popularly as spinning, is a form of group exercise using special stationary bikes with weighted flywheels in a classroom setting. These high-energy classes focus on endurance, strength, interval training, high intensity and recovery.</p><p><br></p><h6>Mat Pilates class</h6><p>Pilates strengthens and balances the body, with an emphasis on core strength.
