We are often complimented on our delicious menus, which are carefully curated by our experienced culinary team. Working hand-in-hand with our expert nutritionist consultant Karin G. Reiter, the team continues to come up with new and delightfully healthy dishes, using organic vegetables and herbs from our Wellness Garden and local farmers, as well as sustainably-sourced fish and poultry from the area.
The day starts with a nutritious breakfast, with a range of healthy options including fresh avocado and delicate smoked salmon served on gluten-free toast, and comforting tapioca simmered in coconut milk with red berries and chia seeds.
Lunch might include a selection of tropical poke bowls (our personal favourite is the fragrant Tofu Poke Bowl, as well as a tasty salad of white quinoa grown in Bali, tossed with just-picked organic vegetables and fresh herbs.
Dinner, meanwhile, is nothing short of a culinary experience, with an expansive menu offering an assortment of the finest, locally-sourced fish and meat such as Red Snapper or Yellowfin Tuna, showcasing the very best of Bali.
