<p>Chef Reuben Davis<br></p>
<p>Chef Reuben Davis promises bold and comforting flavours with his wealth of culinary expertise, accumulated almost 20 years in some of the world’s most renowned restaurants. Davis began his career in the United Kingdom, working under Jason Atherton at Maze in London (1 Michelin Star) for two years, before moving over to assist Atherton to open Pollen Street Social, which was also awarded a 1 Michelin star within five months of opening.<br> </p><p><br></p><p>Chef Davis also headed the hugely successful Mandala Masters residencies, which included Mirazur (World’s Number 1 Restaurant, San Pellegrino) Gaggan (Asia’s Best Restaurant, four years running) and Central (World Number 2 Best Restaurant on the World’s 50 Best list).<br></p>

The ever-revolving cast of international chefs from the most sought-after restaurants will craft to the highest standards using their master-level culinary craftsmanship.</p>
